MHRC consists of 16 Research Centers (RCs) and a Coordinating Center (CC) located where maternal health problems can be best supported. These centers will encourage and support research, education, community engagement and collaborative partnership to positively address overall maternal health, maternal morbidity, and maternal mortality outcomes.
